Compass design with your monogram in the center. Cursive / wispy fonts can be used, however it will not fill the space like the pictured bold, simple font does. Color(s) can be changed, and the monogram can be a different color than the compass if you wish. 
'Standard' decal size for this item is 3.5 x 3.5 inches (the size of a Post-It note). It can be made larger, up to 11 x 11 inches if you prefer.
